Website design projects take between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. Application development takes longer - usually a minimum of 2 months. Digital Marketing projects range from 1 week to 5 weeks depending on the size of the campaign.

We prefer to take longer with projects to ensure they are completed to the highest standard. But we are able to fast-track projects if they are urgent.

We price our projects in their entirety, not on an hourly basis, so clients can have peace of mind that any extra time taken will not increase the cost of the project

Yes. We provide ongoing support for all our projects. And we provide an estimate for support costs alongside our initial quote.

We are also able to upgrade or modify projects previously provided by Kinness.

Unfortunately, we are perfectionists and so we do not modify or upgrade projects by other companies.

However, we are very happy create our own project which matches your existing project.

All our projects are costed per project not per hour - meaning the price we quote you for the work is the price you pay.

Most projects require variable costs, such as server costs, we provide estimate of these costs alongside your quote.
